From a taco trailer to Main Street
Enjoy!
Tacos del Chavo started out selling tacos from a small trailer with a deck out front on Cobb Parkway, cash only. It later moved into a dining room at 3055 N Main Street, where the corn tortillas are still made in-house and the red and green salsas come to the table.
The menu grew with it. Next to the tacos there are sopes, gorditas, huaraches, tortas and burritos, breakfast all day, and menudo, pozole and tamales on weekends.
Rated 4.8 on Yelp from 642 reviews, 4.8 on Uber Eats from more than 500 ratings and 4.7 on DoorDash from more than 200, as of October 2026.
